Education & Experience

Natalie P. Williamson is originally from Hagerstown, Indiana. Natalie graduated as valedictorian from Hagerstown Junior/Senior High School with both Academic and Technical Honors diplomas in 2014. During her time in high school, Natalie worked as a legal assistant for Jordan Law, LLC in Richmond, Indiana, and competed in State as a competitive gymnast.

Upon her high school graduation, Natalie attended Hanover College where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History with Secondary Education and Special Education Certifications. Natalie worked as a college and career readiness counselor through the Scott County Community Foundation during her time at Hanover. Natalie’s senior thesis was published in the collegiate publication, The Hanover Historical Review. Additionally, during her time in undergraduate school, Natalie received the History Department, Special Education Department, and Pre-Law awards for outstanding scholarship and character.

Returning to her alma mater, Natalie taught 7th Grade English for three years while pursuing her law degree at Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Natalie is passionate about education and treasures her time as an educator. She strives to maintain the heart of a teacher in the legal profession.

During law school, Natalie completed an externship with Indiana Department of Education where she drafted into the law the Indiana Education Scholarship Account Service Plan as well as conducted research regarding reentry following the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Natalie served as a legal assistant for the WINGS Project, piloted in Wayne County Indiana. Natalie joined the Sprunger and Sprunger team in May 2022 where she focuses in family law and parental alienation. Natalie has presented at the 5th International Parental Alienation Study Group (PASG) in Fort Collins, CO in 2023 and the 6th International Parental Alienation Study Group (PASG) in Oslo Norway in 2024. Her submission, “The Sliding Scale of Parental Alienation Practice: A reference guide to implementing PA litigation strategies for all types of parental alienation cases” was selected for presentation at the 2025 PASG conference in Toronto.

Natalie regularly practices in the following counties: Jay, Randolph, Blackford, Grant, Delaware, Wayne, Henry, and Madison.

In addition to her role as an attorney, Natalie continues to serve the community as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and junior high tennis coach and sponsor for Model Legislature at Hagerstown Junior/Senior High School.
